We want you to love every piece of stationery and home decor you receive from Sugar Paper. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
